Several projects at once
Each project gets its own board, a short code so tasks read as WEB-42, and a colour that makes it recognisable at a glance. Archive the ones that are finished instead of deleting the history.

Majakka is simple project management for small teams. Keep several projects moving at once, see what is blocked, and know what is actually finished — without the setup week that heavier tools ask for.
Takes about a minute. Bring your team in with an invite code.

Enough structure to run real work, and nothing you have to configure before you can start.
Each project gets its own board, a short code so tasks read as WEB-42, and a colour that makes it recognisable at a glance. Archive the ones that are finished instead of deleting the history.
A title, a description, a priority from low to urgent, a due date and the person responsible. Overdue work is called out rather than quietly sitting in a list.
Rename, reorder, add and remove columns to match how your team actually works. Mark the column that means “finished” and progress is measured against it.
Move a card between columns or reorder it within one, and the position is saved immediately — including when two people are moving cards on the same board.
Work lives inside an organization. Invite people by email or a one-time code, set them as owner or member, and nobody outside it can see a thing.
The dashboard shows completion for every project and gathers everything assigned to you across all of them, so the day starts with one list rather than five boards.
Name, email, password. No organization needed yet.
Create one for your team, or paste the invite code a colleague sent you.
You get a To do / In progress / Review / Done board out of the box. Change it whenever you like.
No trial period, no per-seat pricing, no card.
